How it works

Request access
Fill out the form. The Akrid team reviews profile, city, and program fit.
Setup and offers
After approval you get portal login. Akrid registers benefits (points, display value, budget, and rules).
Passengers redeem
In the app, customers exchange points for a voucher with code and QR, then show it at checkout.
Validate and get paid
You confirm the voucher in the portal. We create the settlement; you add PIX/bank details under Payments.

Each offer’s internal cost is set when the benefit is created; the passenger sees the display value and spends points. Below is a teaching-only math — real numbers depend on your contract, city, and campaigns.

What you offer

- Validating a voucher records the amount to settle based on the offer’s internal cost. Akrid processes payouts on a commercially defined cycle; you enter PIX or bank details in the portal.

Passenger side: points
App users earn points on rides and missions. In the benefits hub they pick partner offers and generate a voucher. You do not need the passenger app — just validate the code in the portal.
Redemption
The passenger spends points per the offer’s point cost and receives a code and QR with expiry.
In store
At consumption time they present the voucher. You check and validate — the benefit is marked used.
Limits and rules
There may be per-user or per-campaign limits (e.g. one redemption per benefit), set by Akrid and shown in the app.
City
Offers can be filtered by city. Your registration includes location so the right passengers see you.

How much does it cost to join?
The commercial model (fees, subsidies, and budget) is agreed with Akrid. The system controls per-offer budgets so you stay within the deal.
When do I get paid by Akrid?
Settlements appear as pending after validation; finance marks them paid after processing (PIX or transfer) on the internal calendar.
What if an access request is rejected?
Rejected applicants get an automatic status email. Approved ones get a temporary password and portal link, similar to the affiliate program.
